Principal
Michael E Meyer has more than 40 years of real estate experience across asset management, property management, entitlement processing, and design team coordination. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from San Diego State University and contributes strategic guidance across investment and operations. He also serves as a board member of Miracles for Kids, supporting families with children receiving life-saving treatment at major Southern California hospitals.

James A Meyer leads acquisitions, underwriting, capital formation, and asset strategy at Solana Investment Group. With 12 years of commercial real estate experience, he has participated in more than 3 million square feet of sales and leasing activity, bringing disciplined execution, strong market relationships, and investor-focused strategy. Prior to co-founding Solana, he held leadership roles at MGR Real Estate, Praelium Commercial Real Estate, and Newmark. He is a licensed California real estate broker and holds a BS in Economics from the University of Oregon.
